2015 marks the 67th anniversay of FIBArk, the nation's oldest whitewater festival and Salida's signature event. Since 1949, every June during the Spring snow runoff, Salida has hosted FIBArk, "First in Boating on the Arkansas."

Plan on camping out so you can enjoy many of the fun and crazy events that will be going on! In between festival events, you can plan a kayak trip down the Arkansas River with your buddies.

Colorado Whitewater will have a booth set up near the kayak playpark so be sure to stop by and show your support!
