CW Poudre River Weekend Class

What? An exclusive River Running class for CW members
When? Saturday. June 13^th – Sunday June 14^th
Where? Poudre River
Cost: $400, includes all necessary equipment (+ taxes/ fees)
Difficulty?: Beginner to Intermediate, on Class II/III whitewater

Join us for a weekend of professional Beginner/Intermediate instruction custom tailored for CW members who have 2-10 days of kayaking on the river and are looking for a skills-based course taught by the professional Instructors at Rocky Mountain Adventures.

This 2 Day intensive course will cover the basics of boat handling and river safety, the kayak roll, essential river reading skills, and mastery of river running maneuvers like eddy turns, peel outs, and ferrying.

Bring a packed lunch each day so we can optimize learning time.

Prerequisites for Registering for this Class:

• Must be able to demonstrate a wet-exit from kayak
• Comfortable Paddling in Class II whitewater

*Inflatable kayaks/ pack rafts are welcome to register for this class.

Suitable for ages 13 and up.

Due to limited space, cancellations will be allowed up to 14 days prior to the event.
