River Weekends 2023
If you enjoy camping, hanging out with friends, and a full weekend of boating, then you'll definitely want to come to our River Weekends. Similar to our River Cruises, we offer organized cruises for various sections of river depending on your skill level... but for an entire weekend!
More details to follow and registration will be required for all River Weekend attendees. Attendance will be limited and all attendees must also be a CW member regardless of whether they are boating or just camping.
Current river weekends being planned are:
- Roaring Fork Weekend, June 9th -11th: Join us for our first River Weekend of the 2023 season Friday, June 9 - Sunday, June 11 in the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley! Volunteer lead cruises will be offered on Saturday and Sunday, but come Friday evening for the river camaraderie!
- Arkansas Weekend, July 14th – 17th: Get ready for Arkansas River Weekend 2023! We're planning to have cruises for most skill levels, ranging from easy runs like Big Bend to Salida to the more challenging runs like the Numbers. (Let us know if you're willing to lead or sweep a cruise!) We're planning on camping at The Meadows in Buena Vista with all the restaurants and amenities that are available.
- Colorado Weekend, September 8th -11th: We have reserved the group camp site at Pumphouse and once again for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights this year. Attendance in the group sites will be limited to 60 people.
