SNACK SISTER (1 day a year)
The Snack Sister is the ultimate contribution to the end of a cruise. Her car is at the takeout and stocked with all your favorite treats that you want right after a sweet river trip. This volunteer opportunity is ideal for ladies who will be attending See Jane Paddle cruises and already go to the grocery store or Costco the week before. Reimbursement is available for all purchases (within reason). Contact Sandi for more details.

SOCIAL AMBASSADOR (1 event a year)
A SJP Social Ambassador is a women who loves to connect and is always looking for new friends on and off the river. If there is a major CW event, she is there to welcome new See Jane Paddle members and introduce them to people so that they don't feel alone. If there is a social Eddy Out meetup before major events like Movie Night or Fall Dinner, she is likely already going and is happy to make new friends with other women who show up alone. MERCH REP (3-4 days a year)
The SJP Merch Rep is in charge of making sure we have cool things to wear. She will be in charge of representing SJP on the CW Merch Committee and will help Sarah (design specialist) figure out and choose what offerings will be sold with See Jane Paddle logos. If you don't like what we're selling, this is your chance to contribute and make us look like the River Goddesses we are. Contact Sandi for more details.

SJP BOAT BASED RESCUE INSTRUCTOR (1-2 days a year)
A SJP Boat Based Rescue Instructor is a women who is all about picking up swimmers, plowing boats and taking names while do it! She wants to spread her knowledge to more women and help others gain experience in these super valuable skills. No formal certifications are required. Hefty experience with sweeping/boat and swimmer rescue is preferred. First Aid/CPR Certification might be required at a later date, paid for by CW. Contact Sandi for more details.

SJP ROLL INSTRUCTOR (2 days a year)
SJP Roll Instructors have an eager interest to teach women the fine art of rolling and appreciate that some days, up is up. You must have a solid pool roll to teach. No formal certification is required but there will be a mandatory "Train the Trainer" class in January every year before pool seasons start. No First Aid/CPR Certification required as we work out of Carmondy Recreation Center who has qualified life guards on-duty at all times. Contact Sandi for more details.

SJP SWIFT WATER RESCUE INSTRUCTOR (2 days a year after formal training)
SJP Swift Water Rescue Instructors are ready to teach women a solid foundation in River Safety. A current ACA Swiftwater Rescue Instructor Certification as well as a current First Aid/CPR certification will be required. ACA SWR Certification training is 6 days long and will be reimbursed by CW for a volunteer commitment. First Aid/CPR certification will also be paid for by CW. Sandi will be attending certification training in 2027 for the 2028 season. Email her for more details.
